If you need to return a light for a refund, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Items(s) button. Once your return request is received we will provide you with an RMA number, which must be clearly marked on the box during a return. An RMA # is required for a return to be accepted. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. All refunds will be returned in the same manner the order was originally placed. Damaged, broken or altered lights will void this offer and not be accepted. Only “as new” products with all accessories and in original packaging will be accepted for a full refund. Large orders exceeding $1,500.00 or combinations of orders exceeding $1,500.00 in aggregate or any non-stock products will be charged a ten percent restocking fee. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping to return any light for refund or return for repair if the customer does not have the original packaging. Damages occurring in return shipping are not the responsibility of River Market Hydroponics, please be sure to insure the package!
Indemnification. River Market Hydroponics is in no way responsible for the actions of its customers. The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold River Market Hydroponics and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim, demand, action, damage, or loss, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the customer’s misuse of the products sold on this web site.
Limitation of Liability. Shipping and Handling Shipping costs will be quoted at time of order. River Market Hydroponics will not be responsible for any additional charges due to taxes, tariffs, etc. International shipping quotes are for shipment from River Market Hydroponics to brokerage location. All orders placed prior to this date will be subject to the terms at the date and time of the order.
Shipping damages are extremely rare. If you receive and item that is damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery. Once you have notified us of the damaged item we will arrange pickup of the item and ship you a new item free of charge.
Some of our products are in high demand but usually ship the next business day. If for any reason your order is delayed or out-of-stock we will notify you immediately. Our goal is to provide the best hydroponics supplies available and ship them to you as fast as possible.
